Navitas Solar Installations Ltd recently completed the installation of 44 solar panel systems on the Sky House Development located in Waverley, Sheffield. Each individual property on the development has a 1.8kWP (5 panels) system, which will produce 1504kWh each year.

The sleek and modern designs of these townhouses, built by Sky-House Co., incorporate solar pv technology seamlessly into the structures. Navitas worked closely with the Sky-House team to ensure that the solar panel systems were integrated into the architecture in a way which complemented the overall design aesthetic.

Navitas carefully planned the works to ensure that the facility remained operational throughout the project.

The scheduled works were completed on time despite the onset of winter and during a period of significant rain.

The generation from the addition of the solar is an expected 263,000kWp per year giving guaranteed fuel price costings for decades to come and further enhancing the company’s drive for sustainability.
